Terms & Conditions Template Welcome to Gabriela’s Garden. By placing an order, creating an account or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Products & Seasonal Availability Gabriela’s Garden provides fresh seasonal produce, salad boxes and related products based on availability throughout the growing season. Due to the nature of seasonal and homegrown produce: Contents may vary from photographs or previous deliveries. Some items may occasionally be substituted with similar products of equal or greater value. Produce sizes, colours and quantities may vary naturally. We aim to provide the freshest produce possible and reserve the right to make substitutions where necessary. 2. Subscriptions Subscription boxes renew automatically according to the selected delivery frequency unless cancelled by the customer. Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account area. Please note: Subscription cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Deliveries already prepared or scheduled within 48 hours may still be fulfilled and charged. Reactivating a subscription resumes future recurring deliveries. Gabriela’s Garden reserves the right to pause or cancel subscriptions in exceptional circumstances. 3. Pricing All prices displayed on the website are listed in GBP (£). Prices may change at any time due to seasonal availability, growing conditions, supplier costs or operational changes. Any future subscription price changes will apply only to upcoming renewals. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies where necessary. 4. Account Use Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information including: delivery address contact information allergy information dietary preferences Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. Gabriela’s Garden reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected. 5. Delivery Responsibility Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate and accessible. Where a safe place is specified, deliveries left in that location are considered successfully delivered. Gabriela’s Garden is not responsible for: failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information inaccessible properties unattended produce after successful delivery delays caused by weather, traffic or circumstances outside our control Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally vary. 6. Allergies & Dietary Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate allergy and dietary information within their account. While care is taken during preparation, Gabriela’s Garden cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should contact Gabriela’s Garden before placing orders. 7. Website Use All website content, branding, images and materials remain the property of Gabriela’s Garden and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
