Refund & Cancellation Policy Gabriela’s Garden aims to provide fresh, high-quality seasonal produce and a reliable delivery service. Please read the following refund and cancellation information carefully before placing an order or subscribing. 1. Order Cancellations Customers may cancel one-off orders or future subscription renewals through their account area. Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Once produce preparation or packing has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund. Any deliveries already scheduled within the 48-hour window may still be delivered and charged. This policy helps reduce food waste and allows sufficient time for harvesting and preparation. 2. Subscription Cancellations Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Cancelling a subscription: stops future renewals does not automatically refund existing scheduled deliveries may still allow deliveries already prepared within the 48-hour window to be fulfilled Customers may also reactivate subscriptions through their account area where available. 3. Damaged or Incorrect Produce If produce arrives: damaged spoiled missing significantly incorrect please contact Gabriela’s Garden as soon as possible after delivery. Where appropriate, we may offer: replacement produce account credit partial refund full refund Photographs of damaged items may be requested to help investigate issues. Because produce is fresh and perishable, reports should ideally be made within 24 hours of delivery. 4. Missed Deliveries Customers are responsible for providing: accurate delivery details safe access instructions up-to-date contact information Gabriela’s Garden is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by: incorrect addresses inaccessible properties missing delivery information customers being unavailable where no safe place has been provided Where a safe place is nominated, deliveries left in that location are considered successfully delivered. Refunds are not normally provided for missed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information or unavailable access. 5. Seasonal Availability & Substitutions As produce is seasonal and naturally grown, occasional substitutions may be necessary. Refunds are not generally provided for: natural variations in produce size or appearance seasonal substitutions of similar value minor cosmetic imperfections common in fresh produce We always aim to provide equal or greater value where substitutions are required. 6. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banks. 7.
